91_HB1732eng HB1732 Engrossed LRB9104948SMdv 1 AN ACT to amend the Children's Health Insurance Program 2 Act by adding Section 22. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The Children's Health Insurance Program Act 6 is amended by adding Section 22 as follows: 7 (215 ILCS 106/22 new) 8 Sec. 22. Enrollment sites. The Department shall develop 9 procedures to allow community providers and schools to act as 10 sites to enroll children in the Program. 11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 12 becoming law.
