1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1688
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1688, on page 6,
3 below line 32, by inserting the following:
4 "No conservation easement held by a public body shall
5 diminish the powers granted in any other law to acquire by
6 purchase, gift, grant, eminent domain, or otherwise and to
7 use land for public purposes.".
