1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1282
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1282 on page 1,
3 line 24, by inserting after "that" the following:
4 "(i) the agency no longer has a need for the airplane, (ii)
5 the airplane will not be used as a trade-in on another
6 aircraft, and (iii)"; and
7 on page 4, line 9, by inserting after "that" the following:
8 "(i) the agency no longer has a need for the airplane, (ii)
9 the airplane will not be used as a trade-in on another
10 aircraft, and (iii)".
