 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Metropolitan  Water  Reclamation
 2    District Act.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  5.   The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
 6    Act is amended by adding Section 283 as follows:

 7        (70 ILCS 2605/283 new)
 8        Sec. 283. District enlarged.  Upon the effective date  of
 9    this  amendatory  Act  of  the  91st  General  Assembly,  the
10    corporate   limits  of  the  Metropolitan  Water  Reclamation
11    District are extended to  include  within  those  limits  the
12    following  described  tracts  of land that are annexed to the
13    District:
14    Parcel 1:
15        The Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast  1/4  of  Section  15,
16        Township  35 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal
17        Meridian (except the South 66 feet  thereof  conveyed  to
18        Chicago  District Pipeline Company, a corporation by deed
19        recorded as document 14832873 and except the North  49.50
20        feet  of  the South 115.5 of the East 660.0 feet thereof,
21        conveyed  to  Chicago  District   Pipeline   Company,   a
22        corporation,  by  deed  recorded  on September 3, 1958 as
23        document 17306418).
24    Parcel 2:
25        The South 66 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of  the  Northeast
26        1/4  of  Section  15, Township 35 North, Range 14 East of
27        the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
28    Parcel 3:
29        The South 66 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of  the  Northeast
30        1/4  of  Section  15, Township 35 North, Range 14 East of
31        the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.

 1    Parcel 4:
 2        That part of  the  Northeast  quarter  of  the  Northeast
 3        quarter  of  Section 15, Township 35 North, Range 14 East
 4        of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook  County,  Illinois,
 5        described  as follows: commencing at the Northeast corner
 6        of said Northeast quarter; thence  South  89  degrees  11
 7        minutes  17  seconds  West  along  the North line of said
 8        Northeast quarter a distance of 604.04 feet to the  point
 9        of  beginning;  thence  South  00  degrees  58 minutes 21
10        seconds East a distance of 1209.86 feet to an iron rod on
11        the North line of the South 115.50 feet of the  Northeast
12        quarter  of  the  Northeast  quarter  of said Section 15;
13        thence South 89 degrees 13 minutes 25 seconds West  along
14        last said North line a distance of 720.22 feet to an iron
15        rod  on  the  West  line  of the Northeast quarter of the
16        Northeast quarter of said Section  15;  thence  North  00
17        degrees  58  minutes 21 seconds West along last said West
18        line a distance of 1209.41 feet to an iron rod being  the
19        Northwest   corner   of  the  Northeast  quarter  of  the
20        Northeast quarter of said Section  15;  thence  North  89
21        degrees  11  minutes 17 seconds East along the North line
22        of said Northeast quarter a distance of  720.22  feet  to
23        the point of beginning, containing 20.00 acres.

24        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
25    becoming law.
