1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 249
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 249, on page 1,
3 line 8, by deleting "child"; and
4 on page 1, lines 10 and 13, by changing "18" wherever it
5 appears to "17"; and
6 on page 1, by replacing line 14 with the following:
7 "the offense or of a person at least 17 years of age without
8 the consent of the person at least 17 years of age is guilty
9 of the offense of posting of"; and
10 on page 1, line 17 by inserting after "felony" the following:
11 "if the victim is at least 17 years of age at the time of the
12 offense and a Class 3 felony if the victim is under 17 years
13 of age at the time of the offense".
