1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 130
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 130, on page 1,
3 line 18 , after "or", by inserting the following:
4 ", if authorized by the school board and supervised by the
5 school district,; and
6 on page 1, line 26, after the period, by inserting the
7 following:
8 "A school board that authorizes a second division vehicle to
9 transport students enrolled in grade 12 or below for an
10 agrarian related school activity shall accept liability for
11 any injury or damage resulting from the transportation of the
12 students.".
