MAHAR.

   ILCON Art. IX, Sec. 6                                                       

        Proposes  to  amend  the  Revenue   Article   of   the   Illinois      
   Constitution  to  direct the General Assembly to exempt property owned      
   by  veterans  organizations  from  property  taxes.   Effective   upon      
   approval by the voters.
