1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3197
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3197 as follows:
3 on page 2, line 26, after the period, by inserting the
4 following:
5 "This subsection (c) does not apply to a vehicle operated by
6 a person or entity as part of a fleet of 50 or more
7 commercial motor vehicles."; and
8 on page 5, line 32, after the period, by inserting the
9 following:
10 "This subsection (g) does not apply to a vehicle operated by
11 a person or entity as part of a fleet of 50 or more
12 commercial motor vehicles.".
