1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1651
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1651 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Cook County Forest Preserve District
5 Act by changing Section 1."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "Section 5. The Cook County Forest Preserve District Act
9 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
10 (70 ILCS 810/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6401)
11 Sec. 1. Application. This Act shall apply only to forest
12 preserve districts lying wholly within counties having a
13 population of 3,000,000 or more.
