AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended by adding | ||||
Section 105 as follows: | ||||
(5 ILCS 460/105 new) | ||||
Sec. 105. State microbe. Penicillium rubens NRRL 1951 is | ||||
designated the official State microbe of the State of | ||||
Illinois.
