AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act is |
amended by changing Section 19.6 as follows:

Sec. 19.6. Repeal. This Act is repealed on December 31, |
2029 2019.
