AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Volunteer Emergency Worker Job Protection Act is amended by changing Section 20 as follows:

(50 ILCS 748/20)

Sec. 20. Applicability. This Act does not apply to any employer that is a municipality with a population of 7,500 3,500 or more.
