    AN ACT concerning transportation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing
Section 11-1427.3 as follows:

    (625 ILCS 5/11-1427.3)
    Sec. 11-1427.3. Rules for all-terrain vehicles and
off-highway motorcycles. The Department of Natural Resources
may~~shall~~adopt rules to implement and administer the
provisions of Sections 11-1426, 11-1427, 11-1427.1, and
11-1427.2.
