DNR-EPA STUDY                                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Directs the Department of Natural Resources and the Environmen-        
   tal Protection Agency to jointly study preventing the introduction of       
   and minimizing the spread of aquatic nuisance species within Illinois       
   waters.                                                                     
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Adds the Illinois International Port Authority to the agencies         
   that are required to conduct the study.
