ELEC CD-REGISTRATION INFO                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Election  Code.   Requires  election  authorities  to      
   forward  updated  voter registration information to the State Board of      
   Elections within 10 days after May 15 each even-numbered year,  rather      
   than  May  15  each  year.  Excludes the consolidated primary election      
   from those elections after which  election  authorities  must  forward      
   such information.  Effective immediately.
