Short description: 
ENERGY EFFICIENCY BUILDING ACT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Energy Efficient Building Act. Establishes an Energy       
   Efficient Building Code that shall apply to all new residential,            
   commercial, and industrial buildings in this State. Provides for            
   technical assistance to certain design professions to explain the           
   requirements of the Code. Effective immediately.
