Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Senior Citizens  and  Disabled  Persons  Property  Tax      
   Relief  and  Pharmaceutical Assistance Act.  Adds urinary incontinence      
   as a covered illness  under  the  pharmaceutical  assistance  program.      
   Effective January 1, 2003.
