PUB HLTH-OBESITY IS A DISEASE                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties  Law  of      
   the  Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of      
   Public Health to classify obesity as a disease. Effective immediately.
