DCCA-ECON DEVELOP REPORT                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Department of Commerce and Community  Affairs  Law  of      
   the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.  Requires the Department of      
   Commerce  and  Community  Affairs  to report, on or before March 31 of      
   each year, to the Governor and the General Assembly  with  respect  to      
   all  economic  development  programs  administered  by the Department.      
   Provides that the report shall  evaluate  the  effectiveness  of  each      
   program and make recommendations for legislative changes.
