EMISSIONS-BAKERY FACILITIES                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Environmental Protection Act.  Restricts  the  use  of      
   certain   permit  limitations  on  bakery  facilities  in  determining      
   prereduction emission levels.  Effective immediately.                       
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Corrects a reference to the Standard Industrial Classification         
   2051 limitations imposed on bakery facilities.
