INS GENETIC HISTORY                                                        

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Illinois  Insurance  Code,  the  Health  Maintenance      
   Organization  Act,  and  the  Voluntary  Health  Services  Plans  Act.      
   Prohibits the  disclosure  of  medical  or  genetic  history  for  use      
   regarding the granting of credit.  Effective immediately.
