INS ASSET DISTRIBUTION                                                     

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Insurance Code.  Provides that  with  respect      
   to  claims against the assets of an insurance company, a claim against      
   assets maintained in a separate account that is  not  chargeable  with      
   liabilities  arising outside of that account shall be satisfied out of      
   the assets of that separate account. Makes other  changes.   Effective      
   immediately.
