CLASSES-SEX ED-FAM LIFE-HEALTH                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School Code  and  the  Critical  Health  Problems  and      
   Comprehensive  Health  Education  Act.  Changes and adds criteria that      
   sex education courses that discuss sexual  intercourse  must  satisfy.      
   Adds   criteria   that   family   life   courses  of  instruction  and      
   comprehensive  health  education  programs  must  satisfy.   Effective      
   immediately.
