FEASIBILITY STUDY-MEDICAID                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Directs the Department of Public Aid, in collaboration  with  the      
   Department   of   Human  Services,  to  conduct  a  feasibility  study      
   concerning a Medicaid spenddown pre-payment program.                        
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Provides that the Department of Public Aid is to file its report       
   with the House of Representatives by March 31, 2003 (instead of             
   December 31, 2002).
