Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Deletes reference to: 70 ILCS 3610/1 Adds reference to: 625 ILCS 5/6-206 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-206 625 ILCS 5/11-1011 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-1011 625 ILCS 5/11-1201 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-1201 625 ILCS 5/11-1201.1 Deletes everything. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may suspend for a minimum of 6 months the driving privileges of a person who has committed a second or subsequent violation of the provision requiring obedience to a signal indicating the approach of a train. Changes the penalties for a pedestrian entering or remaining upon any bridge, passing through a closed gate at a railroad grade crossing, or crossing a railroad track against a bell or signal. Changes the penalties for failing to exercise due care at a railroad grade crossing or driving through, around, or under a railroad crossing gate or barrier while it is closed. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 3. Restores language providing that an automated railroad crossing enforcement system shall be designed to obtain a clear photograph or other recorded image of the vehicle driver.
