Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $2,500,000 from the  General  Revenue  Fund  to  the      
   Department  of  Human  Services for the operation of the Prevention of      
   Unnecessary  Institutionalization  program  under  the  Prevention  of      
   Unnecessary Institutionalization Act.  Effective July 1, 2002.
