Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Act.   Provides  that      
   the  Violent  Crimes  Advisory Commission may consist of a designee of      
   the Director of Children and Family Services (rather than the Director      
   of Children and Family Services).                                           
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Adds an immediate effective date to the bill.
