Short description: 
TOLL HIGHWAY-SELLER WARRANTS                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Toll Highway Act.  Deletes language providing that all      
   sellers to the Toll Highway Authority shall attach a statement to  the      
   delivery  invoice attesting that all contract standards have been met.      
   Effective immediately.
