PROP TAX-OPEN LANDS                                                        

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Property Tax Code.   Provides  that  certain  property      
   valued  as open space land must provide public access for educational,      
   pleasure, or recreational purposes. Effective immediately.
