CIV PRO-SUNSHINE IN LITIGATION                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Code of Civil Procedure to prohibit court  orders  and      
   judgments from concealing public hazards.  Effective July 1, 2002, and      
   applies to causes of action accruing on or after that date.                 
          FISCAL NOTE (Illinois Courts Administrative Office)                  
          HB 4277 would have a minimal fiscal impact on the judicial           
          branch.                                                              
          JUDICIAL NOTE (Illinois Courts Administrative Office)                
          HB 4277 would neither increase nor decrease the number of            
          judges needed in the State.
