DPHLTH-HIV-AIDS PILOT PROGRAM                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Department of Public Health Act.   Provides  that  the      
   Department  of  Public Health shall fund an HIV/AIDS community service      
   pilot program in the African-American communities of the  State.   The      
   program  shall  include  HIV primary care, HIV counseling and testing,      
   case management services, prevention  case  management  services,  and      
   street outreach services.
