JURY ACT-HARDSHIP-CAREGIVER                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Jury Act.  Provides that jury service shall be  deemed      
   to  impose an undue hardship on any person who is not employed outside      
   the home and is the sole care provider of a child who is  4  years  of      
   age or younger.
