Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $5,000,000 to the State Board  of  Education  for  a      
   grant  to Alta Sita Neighbors, Inc. to establish the Hudlin University      
   of Illinois Channel 12 Media Center in East St. Louis as part  of  the      
   Katherine Dunham Academy.  Effective July 1, 2001.
