Short description: 
DHS-EARLY START PROGRAM                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Department of Human Services Act.   Provides  that  in      
   implementing the Early Start Program, the Department shall ensure that      
   the program includes weekly parent training, therapy one time per week      
   for 60 minutes, and therapy provided by a therapist who specializes in      
   the area of the child's greatest needs.
