Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.   Requires  the      
   Department  of Commerce and Community Affairs to develop and implement      
   a  training  program  in  economic  development  for   local   elected      
   officials.                                                                  
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Commerce and Community Affairs)           
          The fiscal impact of House Bill 481 on the Department of             
          Commerce and Community Affairs would be $869,000 to develop          
          and implement a statewide training program.
