KLEMM-MUNOZ-CULLERTON. (HOFFMAN-MATHIAS) 625 ILCS 5/1-105.5 625 ILCS 5/11-306 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-306 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that any municipality or county (rather than only a municipality with a population of 2,000,000 or more) may enact an ordinance providing for an automated red light enforcement system. Eliminates the requirement that the motor vehicle must be involved in a motor vehicle accident, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident or reckless driving that results in bodily injury. Effective immediately.
