WALSH,T-DELEO.

   625 ILCS 5/3-821          from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 3-821                       

        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides that the fee  is  $13      
   for  a certificate of title issued to a person licensed under the Code      
   as a new or used vehicle dealer.  Effective immediately.
