        Amends the Senior Citizens  and  Disabled  Persons  Property  Tax      
   Relief  and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act.  Provides that beginning on      
   January  1,  2003,  the  pharmaceutical  assistance   program   covers      
   prescription drugs used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
