   35 ILCS 5/210.5                                                             

        Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. With respect  to  the  income      
   tax  credit  allowed  for a corporate taxpayer for 30% of the start-up      
   costs spent to provide a child care facility for the children  of  the      
   corporate  taxpayer's  employees,  deletes  language  eliminating  the      
   credit  for  taxable  years  ending after December 31, 2004. Effective      
   immediately.
