   720 ILCS 375/1.5                                                            

        Amends the Ticket Scalping Act.  Eliminates  ticket  brokers  who      
   meet specified requirements from  the exemption from the provisions of      
   the Act. Makes it unlawful for a person to resell, offer to resell, or      
   purchase  with  the intent to resell a ticket for admission to a place      
   of public entertainment at a premium in excess of 20%  of  the  ticket      
   price  or  $3, whichever is greater, plus lawful taxes.  Provides that      
   each place of public entertainment must print  on  the  face  of  each      
   ticket  and include in advertising for any event the price charged for      
   the event.  Effective immediately.
