92_SR0566 LRB9218382RHrh 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 3 Representatives wish to express their sincerest condolences 4 to the family and friends of Frances E. Clarke of 5 Farmersville, who passed away on November 23, 2002; and 6 WHEREAS, Frances E. Clarke was born on May 7, 1915 to 7 Theodore and Carrie Foster Dietz; she married Paul E. Clarke 8 in 1936 in Farmersville; he preceded her in death in 2000; 9 and 10 WHEREAS, Mrs. Clarke was a homemaker and a member of St. 11 Mary's Catholic Church in Farmersville; and 12 WHEREAS, The passing of Frances E. Clarke will be deeply 13 felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her son, 14 Lawrence E. (wife, Jo) Clarke; her daughters, Carol F. 15 Clarke, Dorothy (husband, Dave) Heaton, and Margaret E. 16 Kellus; her eight grandchildren; her eight 17 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Helen Leonard; 18 therefore, be it 19 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL 20 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 21 all who knew her, the death of Frances E. Clarke of 22 Farmersville; and be it further 23 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 24 presented to the family of Frances E. Clarke with our sincere 25 condolences.
