1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of
3 Illinois note with great sadness the tragic and untimely
4 death of Jeffrey T. Signorelli of Aurora on Friday, July 12,
5 2002; and
6 WHEREAS, He was born on June 3, 1984 in Evanston; he was
7 the only child of Al and Mary Ann Signorelli; and
8 WHEREAS, Jeffrey graduated from Aurora Central High
9 School in May; he was employed at the Fox Valley Park
10 District for the past five summers as the concessions manager
11 for Splash Country; and
12 WHEREAS, His passing will be deeply felt by his family
13 and friends, especially his parents Al and Mary Ann
14 Signorelli; his maternal grandmother, Mary Banks; his three
15 uncles, Thomas (Debra) Banks, James (Sue Schmitz) Banks, and
16 Robert Banks; his two aunts, Phyllis Signorelli and Judy
17 Mennecke; his three cousins, Brenda, Lisa and Diane Mennecke;
18 and numerous friends and co-workers at the Fox Valley Park
19 District; and
20 WHEREAS, Jeffrey was preceded in death by his maternal
21 grandfather, Thomas Banks; and his paternal grandparents,
22 Tony and Mary Signorelli; therefore, be it
23 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
24 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
25 all those who knew him, the death of Jeffrey T. Signorelli
26 and extend our sincere condolences to his family and friends;
27 and be it further
28 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
29 presented to the family of Jeffrey T. Signorelli as an
30 expression of our deepest sympathy.
