92_SR0369 LRB9216488RHrh 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to 3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends 4 of Josephine Beuckman, who passed away on March 13, 2002; and 5 WHEREAS, Josephine T. Beuckman was born on March 10, 6 1919, in East St. Louis, Illinois, to the late Fred and 7 Veronica Schreiber; she married Robert J. Beuckman on June 5, 8 1939; he preceded her in death; and 9 WHEREAS, Mrs. Beuckman was a graduate of St. Teresa 10 Academy in East St. Louis; she was a member of Blessed 11 Sacrament Catholic Church in Belleville for the past 54 12 years; in addition, she was a member of St. Ann Sodality and 13 the Ancient Order of the Hibernians; and 14 WHEREAS, The passing of Josephine Beuckman will be deeply 15 felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her daughters, 16 Roberta Zerban and Judee (Richard) Sauget; her grandchildren, 17 Laura (Ed) Papes, Scott Zerban, Robert (Cornelia) Zerban, 18 Jeffrey "JJ" (Marcy) Klaus, Jilanne Shevlin, Jessica 19 (Patrick) Threlkeld, Ricjard (Tricia) Sauget, Jr., and Annie 20 Sauget; her great-grandchildren, Tristan, Candice, and 21 Corinne Papes; her sister, Virginia Austin; her niece, Joanne 22 Nehls; and her brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces 23 and nephews, and her many friends; therefore, be it 24 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL 25 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 26 all who knew her, the death of Josephine Beuckman of 27 Belleville, Illinois; and be it further 28 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 29 presented to the family of Josephine Beuckman with our 30 sincere condolences.
