92_SR0283 LRB9211511RHrhA 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to 3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends 4 of Raymond Fred Gallo, Sr., who passed away on December 8, 5 2001; and 6 WHEREAS, Raymond Fred Gallo, Sr. was born on August 20, 7 1926 in Benld, Illinois, to Joseph and Angelina Gallo; he 8 married Kathryn Casaletto on June 7, 1952 in Benld; and 9 WHEREAS, Mr. Gallo was a veteran of the United States 10 Army during the Korean Conflict in which he was a Bronze Star 11 recipient; and 12 WHEREAS, Mr. Gallo was retired from Consumer Plastics, 13 and for the past 13 years, he worked for the Benld City 14 Cemetery; and 15 WHEREAS, Mr. Gallo also served in the Benld Volunteer 16 Fire Department from 1955 through 1990 and was a member of 17 the Benld Owls; and 18 WHEREAS, The passing of Raymond Fred Gallo, Sr. will be 19 deeply felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his 20 wife, Kathryn Gallo; his son and daughter-in-law, Ray and 21 Lynda Gallo; his daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Brian 22 McNally; his grandsons, Jacob Kellebrew, David Kellebrew, and 23 Cris Katich; his great-grandchildren, Trey Katich and Mari 24 Katich; his brother, Michael J. Gallo; and his several nieces 25 and nephews; therefore, be it 26 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL 27 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 28 all who knew him, the death of Raymond Fred Gallo, Sr. of 29 Benld, Illinois; and be it further 30 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be -2- LRB9211511RHrhA 1 presented to the family of Raymond Fred Gallo, Sr. with our 2 sincere condolences.
