1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their condolences to the family and friends of
4 William H. Richter Sr., who passed away on May 10,2001; and
5 WHEREAS, William H. Richter Sr. was born on January 13,
6 1913; he was married to the late Genevieve Richter; and
7 WHEREAS, William H. Richter Sr. was a long time resident
8 of Lake County; he lived in North Chicago and Park City; he
9 served as a member of the Park City Senior Club; and
10 WHEREAS, William H. Richter Sr. was a former employee for
11 General American Transportation and U.S. Steel; and
12 WHEREAS, The passing of William H. Richter Sr. will be
13 deeply felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his
14 sons, William Richter Jr. and Theodore Richter; his eight
15 grandchildren, and his eleven great grandchildren; therefore,
16 be it
17 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
18 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
19 all who knew him, the death of William H. Richter Sr. of Lake
20 County, Illinois; and be it further
21 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
22 presented to the family of William H. Richter Sr. with our
23 sincere condolences.
