92_SR0120 LRB9208781RHrh 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to 3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends 4 of William F. Ruyle, Sr., who passed away on April 23, 2001; 5 and 6 WHEREAS, William F. Ruyle, Sr. was born on March 25, 7 1941, in Jerseyville, Illinois, to the late Thomas B. Sr. and 8 Velma C. Ruyle; and 9 WHEREAS, William F. Ruyle, Sr. was a farmer and a Ruyle 10 Township supervisor; and 11 WHEREAS, William F. Ruyle, Sr. served as a member of the 12 Jerseyville Mutual Insurance Board and as sexton of the 13 Kemper Cemetery; and 14 WHEREAS, The passing of William F. Ruyle, Sr. will be 15 deeply felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his 16 wife, Constance "Connie" Ruyle; his daughters, Melodee 17 Harlan, Christina Jett, Cara Longley, and Cheryl (husband, 18 Jeff) Bangert; his son, William F. "Rusty" (wife, Mary) 19 Ruyle, Jr.; his grandchildren, Rodney, Erica, and Heidi 20 Milner, Laura Harian, Andrew Ruyle, William Ruyle III, 21 Chelsea Jett, Rebekah, Nolan Longley, Ashley Egeloff, and 22 William Bangert; and his brothers, Thomas B. (wife, Deloris) 23 Ruyle, Jr., Robert D. (wife, Wanda) Ruyle, and Clifford A. 24 (wife, Shirley) Ruyle; therefore, be it 25 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL 26 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 27 all who knew him, the death of William F. Ruyle, Sr. of 28 Medora, Illinois; and be it further 29 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 30 presented to the family of William F. Ruyle, Sr. with our 31 sincere condolences.
