92_SR0020 LRB9203761KBkb 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to 3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends 4 of Robert J. Kilduff, who recently passed away; and 5 WHEREAS, Robert J. Kilduff was born in Staunton, Illinois 6 on May 17, 1936; his parents were John and Agnes Kosowski 7 Kilduff; in 1960 he married Kay Bird; and 8 WHEREAS, Robert J. Kilduff was a crane operator for 9 Granite City Steel for thirty years before his retirement in 10 1984; he served as an alderman and precinct committeeman for 11 the city of Staunton for many years, and was active in 12 Staunton Little League baseball; and 13 WHEREAS, Robert J. Kilduff was a member of St. Michael's 14 Catholic Church in Staunton and a member of the Macoupin 15 County Board; and 16 WHEREAS, The passing of Robert J. Kilduff will be deeply 17 felt by all those who knew and loved him, especially his 18 loving wife, Kay; his sons, Jim (wife, Dana) Kilduff and Jeff 19 (wife, Karen) Kilduff; his four grandchildren; his brother 20 Ray; his sisters, Margaret Scheller, Harriet Halpin, Veronica 21 Rothgangel, and Dorrell "D.I" Rae; and his nieces and 22 nephews; therefore, be it 23 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL 24 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 25 family and friends, the death of Robert J. Kilduff of 26 Staunton; and be it further 27 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 28 presented to the family of Robert J. Kilduff.
