1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 75
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Joint Resolution 75, on
3 page 1, by replacing lines 2 through 13 with the following:
4 "WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
5 report, dated April 30, 2002, with the Senate, the House of
6 Representatives, and the Secretary of State of Illinois as
7 required by Section 2-3.25g of the School Code; therefore, be
8 it
9 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
10 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF
11 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Waukegan PSD 60 -
12 Lake, WM100-2269, Substitute Certificates is approved for
13 only one year and disapproved for the remaining four years;
14 and be it further
15 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
16 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF
17 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school
18 district waiver requests identified below by school district
19 name and by the identifying number and subject area of the
20 waiver request as summarized in the report filed by the State
21 Board of Education is disapproved:
22 (1) Lyons ESD 103 - Cook, WM100-2211, Limitation of
23 Administrative Costs;
