92_SB2362 BOB-PS200003 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 ARTICLE 1 5 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much 6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 8 General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent 9 expenses of the Prairie State 2000 Authority: 10 For Personal Services ........................ $ 269,700 11 For Employee Retirement Contributions 12 Paid by Employer............................. 10,800 13 For State Contributions to State 14 Employees' Retirement System................. 28,100 15 For State Contributions to 16 Social Security ............................. 20,500 17 For Contractual Services ..................... 153,100 18 For Travel ................................... 11,500 19 For Commodities .............................. 3,000 20 For Printing ................................. 5,000 21 For Equipment ................................ 2,000 22 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 13,800 23 For Telecommunications Services .............. 10,000 24 For Operation of Auto Equipment .............. 1,100 25 Total $528,600 26 Section 2. The amount of $1,210,000, or so much thereof 27 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 28 Fund to the Prairie State 2000 Authority for tuition and 29 educational fee vouchers on behalf of individuals. -2- BOB-PS200003 1 Section 3. The amount of $2,250,000, new appropriation, 2 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Prairie 3 State 2000 Authority for training grants and loans to 4 eligible employers. 5 Section 3a. The amount of $2,123,200, or so much thereof 6 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 7 business on June 30, 2002, from the appropriation made in 8 Public Act 92-8, Article 91, Section 3, approved June 11, 9 2001, is reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the 10 Prairie State 2000 Authority for training grants and loans to 11 eligible employers entered into during the 2002 fiscal year. 12 Section 3b. The amount of $759,940, or so much thereof 13 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 14 business on June 30, 2002, from the reappropriation 15 heretofore made in Public Act 92-8, Article 91, Section 3a 16 approved June 11, 2001, as amended, is reappropriated from 17 the General Revenue Fund to the Prairie State 2000 Authority 18 for training grants and loans to eligible employers entered 19 into during the 2001 fiscal year. 20 Section 3c. The amount of $457,356, or so much thereof 21 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of 22 business on June 30, 2002, from the reappropriation made in 23 Public Act 92-8, Article 91, Section 3b, approved June 11, 24 2001, is reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the 25 Prairie State 2000 Authority for training grants and loans to 26 eligible employers entered into during to the 2000 fiscal 27 year. 28 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 29 July 1, 2002.
