1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2195
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 2195 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 8 with the following:
4 "(a) Responsibility of committed persons. For the
5 purposes of this Section, "committed persons" mean those
6 persons who through judicial determination have been placed
7 in the custody of the Department on the basis of a conviction
8 as an adult. Committed".
